This project has created a special training course for schoolchildren aged 14-17, which will contribute to the development of their careers in the future. It is not only about gaining knowledge, but also the opportunity to develop leadership qualities, self-confidence and skills that will prepare schoolchildren for real life. During the training, young people get acquainted with the professions of the fashion industry, master financial literacy and entrepreneurship, and also gain practical experience in the garment business. Upon completion of the course, each participant creates their own business plan.
