One of the top priorities for Podillia Fashion Cluster members is to establish hemp cultivation by agricultural enterprises in the western regions of Ukraine to produce long fiber, install a universal line for the integrated processing of hemp and flax into fiber, and install yarns made from hemp and flax fibers in production.

By achieving the set goals, the cluster will be able to install lines for the production of fabrics from hemp and linen yarn, have its own raw materials for garment production and achieve the goal of the campaign as a whole.
In order to create a clear action plan aligned with business goals and a comprehensive circular economy strategy, it is necessary to define goals and analyze the situation.
